The next step is to book a session and see if you are comfortable with us working together. Sessions are weekly and are 50 minutes long. The initial session is spent discussing your life journey so far and then exploring your goals for the future.
We’ll then address whether to continue and, if we decide to continue, whether an open-ended arrangement would be suitable, or if a specific number of sessions (6, 12 or 20) would be preferable.
In those future sessions, we will mostly talk about whatever emerges during the session. However, I also employ experiential exercises, meditations and guided visualisations to enhance the work and deepen the experience. Broadly, we will be exploring your past, where you are in the present, and your perceived future.
